Questions

Do I need an account?

No. If you buy PhoneDesq you get a licence key by email; paste it into Settings › Licence. There is nothing to sign in to.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your phone is left as it was. PhoneDesq asks for a licence before opening its sections again; Connection and Settings stay open.

Can I move my licence to a new Mac?

Yes. Choose Deactivate This Mac on the old one, or activate on the new one and PhoneDesq will let you free a place.

Does it work without the internet?

Yes. PhoneDesq checks a licence about once a week and keeps working for 30 days without a connection.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — see the refund policy. Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller, who also handles tax and invoices.
