Terms of use

PhoneDesq is licensed, not sold. A licence lets you use PhoneDesq on as many Macs as your plan says. Yearly licences renew each year until cancelled; lifetime licences are paid once.

Fair use

Don't share your licence key publicly, resell it, or try to get around the licence check. We may revoke a key that is plainly being shared.

Your phone

PhoneDesq uses your phone's own features, with your permission. Some apps choose not to show their screen elsewhere, and some phone makers limit what's possible; PhoneDesq can't change that.

Free period

PhoneDesq is free during launch. When paid plans begin, the app tells you in advance and gives you a free trial first.

Updates

PhoneDesq checks for new versions and installs them for you. Turn this off in Settings › Updates; some updates fix problems serious enough that an older version stops working.

No warranty

PhoneDesq is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses from using it.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles customer service enquiries and returns about payments.
